Guidelines:

Poster Session on Tuesday:

• The maximum size for posters is A0 (we recommend using the portrait orientation).
• You are required to print your own posters.
• Please ensure that your posters are installed before the start of the session.

Oral Presentations:

• The duration of each presentation is 15 minutes, divided as follows: 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
• There is no mandatory template, nor a limit on the number of slides.
• To ensure smooth transitions between sessions, we kindly ask that you submit your presentations to the organizing committee by Tuesday evening at the following email address: rencontre.scientifique.egaal@gmail.com
